Karina and her brother José push the boundaries of processing, experimenting with fermentation techniques that can last up to 200 hours. She carefully refines each step, ensuring that every lot reaches its fullest potential. Her dedication has helped establish Finca Santa Cruz as a leader in Mexican specialty coffee, earning multiple accolades, including top placements in Mexico’s Cup of Excellence.
