We respect and love our vegan fans! While Hu is best known for our vegan dark chocolate, Hu is not a vegan company. Our business started as a paleo-friendly restaurant called Hu Kitchen, which was open for nearly a decade. We served vegan items in addition to super high quality animal protein and eggs, as well as butter and milk at our coffee bar.
